With nearly two decades of hands-on HR experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people and businesses through many of the challenges and opportunities that shape today’s workplaces. My career began in a Human Resources Call Center as a Human Resources Specialist, and over the years, I progressed into roles that allowed me to support benefits, I-9 administration, FMLA/ADA/LOA programs, employee relations, talent management, and employee rewards, recognition, and engagement—ultimately serving as an HR Director in a healthcare organization.

My background spans corporate, academic, and healthcare environments, giving me a broad and adaptable perspective on how different businesses operate. While these industries shaped much of my expertise, the depth of my experience allows me to support businesses across a wide range of sectors with confidence and care.

At the heart of my work is a guiding belief: Keeping the human in Human Resources. When you partner with Tillie HR Consulting, you work directly with me every step of the way. I believe HR should feel personal, supportive, and rooted in genuine human connection. Emotional intelligence, thoughtful listening, nuanced judgment, and empathy guide the way I support my clients. Although AI and automation can enhance parts of the process, they can’t replace the human understanding required to navigate workplace dynamics and organizational culture—and that’s where I come in.

I’m approachable, down-to-earth, and a bit quirky in the best way—qualities that help me bring warmth, creativity, and authenticity into my work. I pair this with strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and a deep commitment to integrity and follow-through. Clear communication is central to how I operate, and I approach every recommendation with intention, always considering how decisions will affect your people and your business.
